Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

Our client is software company in Cebu.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements for software development.
• Document, analyze and evaluation requirements gathered.
• Work out deliverables such as Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
• Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Background/experiences in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead BA role.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Work arrangement:

Hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)

Dayshift (9am-6pm)
