Job Description - Senior Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, preferably within outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, staffing, or professional services.

Responsibilities:




    • Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outbound outreach, market research, and other lead generation channels.

    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients aligned with target industries and service offerings.

    • Engage business owners, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers through consultative discussions and relationship-building activities.

    • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal presentation and contract execution.

    • Prepare and present tailored outsourcing, offshoring, recruitment, or workforce solutions based on client requirements.

    • Conduct commercial discussions, pricing presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to progress opportunities toward closure.

    • Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service capabilities.

    • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and repeat business.

    • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity reporting.

    • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business development initiatives.



    What We’re Looking For:



    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, account management, or client acquisition.

    • Proven experience generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.

    • Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.

    • Strong background in prospecting, lead generation, stakeholder engagement, proposal preparation, and sales negotiations.

    • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers.

    • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

    • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.

    • Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
