Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, preferably within outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, staffing, or professional services.

Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, outbound outreach, market research, and other lead generation channels.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients aligned with target industries and service offerings.
Engage business owners, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers through consultative discussions and relationship-building activities.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal presentation and contract execution.
Prepare and present tailored outsourcing, offshoring, recruitment, or workforce solutions based on client requirements.
Conduct commercial discussions, pricing presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to progress opportunities toward closure.
Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service capabilities.
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity reporting.
Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, account management, or client acquisition.
Proven experience generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into clients.
Experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
Strong background in prospecting, lead generation, stakeholder engagement, proposal preparation, and sales negotiations.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets.
Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City(Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
