Senior Category Manager / Senior Merchandising Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the assortments, sales, and net profit of the assigned category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an assortment of relevant SKU’s for our customers and in line with our principles (hard discount supermarket). 
• Develop private labels for all SKUs. 
• Strong knowledge of the category assigned (detail oriented and high analytical skills). 
• Strong negotiation skills to be applied both with branded and private label suppliers in order to maximize the benefit of the company. 
• Ensure the quality level the company needs. 
• Work in close collaboration with all the other departments to ensure the correct service level is achieved. 

Job Requirements: 

• Goal oriented, highly motivated, well organized, proactive, flexible and available to work in a fast-growing company. 
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. 
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Retail Merchandising, Brand and Product Management, Key Account Manager. 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications.
• FDA regulatory system knowledge is strongly recommended. 
• Candidates must be willing to be assigned to Osave office in TayTay.
