A) Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To undertake the handling, monitoring and settling claims on damages or other general insurance-non motor issues (e.g. property, physical damage) and to ensure these are dealt with efficiently within laid down timescales and resolved in the best interests of the organization.
2. To utilize the claims handling system to ensure claims are managed to a suitable conclusion and the database maintained to record all relevant information, including maintenance of diary systems to ensure organization's departments provide information within timescales, thereby avoiding orders for pre-action disclosure.
3. To ensure that the provision of insurance services meets Clients’ expectations and agreed targets of performance and demonstrate that the department is accountable and actively pursuing quality assurance and customer care policies.
4. Adhere to Claims Procedures/Guidelines at all times.
5. Ensure strict compliance to audit at all times.
B) Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Graduate of any 4 year business course
Qualifications:
o 2-3 years related work experience in handling Non-Motor Claims ;
o Has the ability to analyze and solve problems;
o Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
o Good time management and work ethic;
o Capable of performing multi-tasking under pressure;
o Ability to work with less supervision;
o Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality;
o Must possess a strong sense of responsibility;
o Has attended the basic Non-Life Insurance training with IIAP;
o Computer literate and well-versed in operating MS applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
