Senior Content Lead (Onsite)

Focus: Creative Excellence and Content Execution

Role Overview

The Senior Content Lead (Co-Manager) is responsible for driving creative excellence across all brand and campaign initiatives. This role owns the end-to-end creative direction, ensuring that all content produced is high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with business and marketing objectives. As a co-manager, this role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams while directly managing and developing a growing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship

• Lead the creative direction for all marketing and brand campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and strong visual impact across all touchpoints.
• Act as the primary brand guardian, maintaining consistency in tone, voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
• Translate business objectives and campaign goals into compelling creative concepts and content executions.

Content Strategy & Execution

• Own content production across all platforms, including digital, social media, web, performance marketing, and internal communications.
• Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery, strategic sequencing, and alignment with marketing priorities.
• Oversee the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content, from ideation through final execution.
• Ensure content performance is considered in execution, collaborating with stakeholders to refine and optimize output when needed.

Design Oversight & Quality Control

• Provide design oversight to ensure all visual outputs meet brand standards, creative guidelines, and quality expectations.
• Review and approve creative assets, giving clear and constructive feedback to elevate overall design quality.
• Ensure creative consistency and excellence across campaigns, channels, and formats.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them refine skills, improve execution, and grow professionally.
• Balance workload distribution, set clear expectations, and ensure efficient collaboration within the team.

• Willing to work onsite on a daily basis
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of progressive experience in content, creative, or brand roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or people-management capacity.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end creative campaigns, from concept development to execution across multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in content strategy, storytelling, visual design, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience managing content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, performance marketing, and internal communications.
• Solid understanding of brand management, creative standards, and quality control processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Performance, and Leadership.
• Proficiency in creative and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, content management systems, project management tools).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling organizations is a strong advantage.
