Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can take ownership of departmental and organizational reporting, build automated solutions, and deliver insights.

Reporting to: Data Analytics Manager to support leadership decisions. This role is hands-on—ideal for someone who understands both the technical and business sides of analytics and can turn complex data into meaningful, action-oriented stories.

What You’ll Own & Deliver

Data Reporting & Insights

• Build, maintain, and optimize reports in DOMO, BigQuery, Google Sheets and other analytics platforms for department-level and organizational needs.


• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and operational risks.


• Translate data into practical insights that support business decisions at all levels.

Dashboard Development

• Develop automated, interactive dashboards in DOMO (required), with additional experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools considered a plus.


• Ensure dashboards are reliable, scalable, and aligned with key performance metrics.

Data Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Use BigQuery, Google Apps Script, Python, and SQL to automate manual reporting processes and improve data efficiency.


• Build or enhance ETL workflows, API connections, and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and real-time reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.


• Facilitate your own meetings with stakeholders, presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Business Intelligence & Strategic Support

• Support strategic planning through data modeling, forecasting, and historical trend analysis.


• Provide ongoing monitoring of department performance metrics and organizational KPIs.

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)
Technical Skills

• 2–3 years in SQL and Python programming, with hands-on experience in building automations or data workflows.


• Experience using Google Apps Script for automation and optimization.


• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets expertise (reporting, data transformations, automation, visualizations).


• 1–2 years of experience building dashboards in DOMO (required).


• Familiar with ETL concepts, APIs, and data pipeline logic.

• Critical Thinking: Able to assess data in the context of departmental goals, identify insights, and connect the story behind the numbers.


• Analytical Ability: Skilled at relating data points between processes, systems, and operational workflows.


• Communication: Able to articulate technical findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.


• Presentation Skills: Strong experience creating high-level presentations for leadership; confident in leading discussions and explaining insights.
