About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain code, troubleshoot issues, and mentor the team while aligning with business priorities.

What You`ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and ensure quality of program code to meet business requirements.

• Create and execute tests for code, troubleshoot issues, and refine requirements into actionable tasks.

• Plan and prioritize deliverables, actively contributing to development initiatives.

• Communicate with stakeholders, support incidents, and drive improvements in team dynamics.

• Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help improve team processes.

What You Bring

• Experience: 8+ years in software development and contributing to cross-team projects.

• Knowledge: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and MySQL, with experience in PHP and modern development practices. Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, maintain code quality, and mentor team members. Focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
