Senior, DevSecOps

We are seeking an experienced Senior, DevSecOps to lead in integrating security practices within our development and operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, security, and IT operations, with a passion for building secure systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts across AL/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Security into clear, understandable documentation and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Create architecture diagrams that detail components like data sources, models, retrieval mechanisms, and user interfaces.


• Design for the scaling of software solution via containerization for hosting and managing workloads.


• Design secure architectures to protect sensitive information and ensure data integrity.


• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams during the implementation of AI projects.


• Identify technical risks early and recommending mitigation strategies.


• Participate in code reviews for architectural best practices and secure programming evaluation.


• Administrate software engineering tools


• Security Audit for Cloud Engineering Projects support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in software development, IT operations, and security.


• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).


• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).


• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Java).


• Knowledge of cloud security practices and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure).


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, DevSecOps certification).


• Experience with security automation tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST).


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
