Senior Email Marketing Executive (Support EU timezone)

JOB SUMMARY : As Senior Email Marketing Executive, you will develop and manage strategies and execute email marketing automation and campaigns for our clients. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Above all, you need to be a good team player. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating email marketing automation and targeting strategies based on customer lifecycles, segmentation, predictive analytics, and client’s branding needs
• Developing and executing large-scale email marketing campaigns
• Continuously measuring and optimizing email marketing automation and campaign performance
• Launching and quality checking email marketing automation and campaigns to ensure they’re 100% error-free
• Working with the Graphic Design and Copywriting Teams to develop design strategy for each client
• Create monthly reports
• Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
• Gathering and analyzing competitor email programs for insights around email strategy, targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Humanities, Multimedia, or similar
• At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in Email Marketing
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools (Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Active Campaign, Drip, GetResponse, Retention Science, etc.); Klaviyo is a plus
• Interest in the e-commerce industry is a must
• Experience in handling multiple clients/accounts (agency experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willing to support EU working hours.
