We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize lifecycle automation for a fast-growing beauty brand. You’ll design advanced Klaviyo flows, build segmentation systems, and drive measurable retention growth through data-informed experimentation. This role combines technical precision, creative execution, and analytics depth to maximize customer lifetime value.

You will:

• Architect multi-branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers.
  
  
• Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases.
  
  
• Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics.
  
  
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.
  
  

Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.

• 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and retention strategy
  
  
• 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics
  
  
• Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting
  
  
• Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns
  
  
• Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours
  
  
• Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option
