Senior Engineer

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives. 
• Review creative concepts, executions, and deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality. 
• Identify and report potential issues in creative work. 
• Partner with the creative team to develop and implement solutions for quality improvements. 
• Track and report on key quality metrics. 
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 
• 2-4 years of experience in a design-related field 
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma 
• Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, composition, typography, layout) 
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. 
• Preferred:  Experience in packaging design.
