Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician (Daily Onsite - BGC, Taguig)

The Senior Facilities Maintenance serves as the main lead for the delivery of the Technical and maintenance services of office accommodation. They tend to construction and repairs and maintenance.

About The Job

What you will do:

• Lead in the compliance of all relevant Building Guidelines and company standards
• Lead inspector in the safety aspect and determine the extent of all allocated works and prepare risk mitigation plans for materials and tools in carrying out works by Facilities Maintenance/multi-skilled technician.
• Assist and train Facilities Maintenance to read and interpret electrical drawings and instruction manuals.
• Lead in ensuring we have safe and reliable tools and equipment associated with electrical trade and general Maintenance activities undertaken by the Facilities Maintenance team
• Spearhead Preventive Maintenance programs and Predictive Maintenance

What you need to have:

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience (Building/Industrial maintenance and corporate office setting)
• Proven experience of working on a wide range of electrical & aircon systems including fault finding, testing, alteration, maintenance and repair
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop new skills, train others and provide training to fellow team members.
• Must be amenable to working onsite daily and flexible working schedule. Having a flexible attitude to work is essential as he will be required to work outside of their normal working hours, depending upon the scheduling of work and must make themselves reasonably available for emergency call outs.
