This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst

The Senior Finance Analyst will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis, focusing on supporting the go-to-market organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-growth environment for accelerated career development. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team works closely with the CFO and other senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team that consistently exceeds expectations and who plays key roles in helping to facilitate the company’s rapid growth.

  • Managing customer acquisition and retention expenses for various business units – partnering with business leaders and Accounting to set budgets and report monthly expenses

  • Partnering with GTM and/or sales organizations to make strategic growth decisions 

  • Analyzing and reporting on financial results and key metrics – distilling/synthesizing key trends and assessing current and future business risk 

  • Performing analysis over complex data sets for senior company leadership 

  • Support executive reporting and drive automation, leveraging AI tools to streamline manual Excel-based processes

  • Drive Direct & Channel commission modeling and automation, linking Opex to revenue; no Anaplan/Sigma experience required

  • Strengthen model accuracy and transparency in partnership with Sales Ops by validating assumptions, refining logic, and aligning with forecasted sales


 

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 3-5 years experience, ideally in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa or any similar software

Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial Reporting and Budgeting Analysis. Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period pacing of expenses

  • Analytical and Process Oriented. Strong financial and analytical skills and the ability to break financial processes and concepts into specific tasks and simple terms. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e.g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa

  • Project Management and Organizational Skills. Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization

  • Collaboration and Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments

  • Willing to work on night shift ( 8am - 5pm PST )
