Senior Fullstack Engineer

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of extensive experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in
  Java/Kotlin Spring Boot and modern front-end technologies including Angular, React, or
  equivalent.
• Deep expertise with database technologies including graph databases (preferably Neo4j)
  and relational databases (preferably MySQL) including query optimization and schema
  design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for deploying and scaling full-stack
  applications. Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring engineering
  teams.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture patterns, microservices design, and API
  development best practices.
• Experience with modern development tools including CI/CD pipelines, containerization
  (Docker), serverless technologies, orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and infrastructure
  as code.
• Strong understanding of security best practices across the full technology stack. Excellent
  communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership
  o Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions spanning modern
  back-end APIs, front-end interfaces, and database integrations.
  o Architect scalable solutions that optimize the interaction between presentation,
  business logic, and data layers.
  o Drive technical decision-making across the full stack while mentoring other
  engineers in best practices. Ensure consistency and quality across all layers of the
  application architecture
• Back-end Development
  o Design and implement robust microservices using Spring Boot frameworks with
  Java or Kotlin.
  o Develop efficient data access layers and integrations with both graph databases
  (like Neo4j) and relational databases (like MySQL).
  o Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across back-end
  services. Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration,
  and contract testing.
• Front-end Development
  o Build sophisticated user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as
  Angular or React
  o Implement responsive, accessible designs that deliver exceptional user
  experiences across devices
  o Optimize front-end performance through efficient state management, lazy loading,
  and code splitting techniques.
  o Ensure seamless API integration and real-time data synchronization between frontend and back-end systems
• Quality Assurance
  o Create comprehensive technical documentation including API specifications,
  architecture diagrams, and implementation guides that support team knowledge
  sharing and project continuity.
