TOSE Philippines is hiring expert Senior Game Programmers to join our team of world-class developers making cutting-edge console, PC, and smartphone games.

We value both technical skills and the ability to work within a talented team, contributing ideas to make great games even better.

Here are some of the things we are looking for:

• 2-3 or more years of professional game programming experience or the equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of C/C++
• Prior professional experience in game engines such as Unreal and Unity
• Participation in shipped titles
• Great familiarity with AI, animation, physics, and gameplay code
• The ability to write clear, maintainable, and portable code
• An understanding of software architecture and design as well as profiling and optimizations
• Punctual, organized, and responsible
• Has handled a team to successfully release a title
• Willing to work within tight deadlines
• Must have a passion for game development, including the business side thereof
• Must be able to set direction; must be goal-oriented
• Successful candidates can expect to occupy a senior-level role in the company

Here are some additional skills that would help you excel in this role:

• Experience in OpenGL or DirectX is a plus
• Experience in server and network games is a plus
• Experience with other mobile or desktop languages (Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of source control, version control, and code collaboration applications such as Git, SVN, and Perforce
• Knowledge of usability and various coding practices
• An understanding of business flow, scheduling, estimation, and costing
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Must be willing to be assigned abroad if the need arises
• Offices located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig - work-from-home arrangements available
