Job Description - Senior Group Lead - Cebu

TASQ is looking for a senior group lead for a real estate call center account. 

Account: Real Estate Home
Skill set: Voice
Work setup: 100% Onsite in Cebu City, Night shift

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years exposure as Sr. Group Lead

- Expected to handle 4 team leads, and clients are looking for someone with a voice account exposure (any LOB would do)

- Preferably someone who has a good background in the operational excellence and governance
