Job Description - Senior HR Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized
Senior HR Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the HR department’s daily operations, ensuring smooth processes in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different teams.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.


  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HR databases.


  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.


  • Support employee engagement activities and performance management programs.


  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.


  • Prepare HR reports and handle confidential information with discretion.


  • Assist in disciplinary processes, investigations and conflict resolution.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.


  • At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior role.


  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.


  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.


  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
