This entails formulating training approaches, assessing training requirements, crafting training materials, leading workshops, and appraising the efficacy of training endeavors. Qualifications:
????Experience in Manufacturing/Hardware Industry.
????Experience in leadership development programs.
????Develop and create training modules, instructional design, and facilitate training.
????Exposure to other HR functions such as payroll, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
????Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
