What will you be doing?
The People Operations and Technology team is a part of the Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work. The team drives to redesign the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless experience to our employees around the world.
As a Senior HR Service Center Analyst , you will be in charge of providing Level 2 HR support. You will be providing resolution on complex HR inquiries and issues sent via email from Nasdaq employees globally. You will also be responsible for reporting requirements such as those that will be given to our provider/vendor globally.
Who are we looking for?
At least 2 years of experience in providing global employee support and processing in a regional or global HR role
Preferably with knowledge and experience using Workday
A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box
The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need
Willingness to work on all shifts, morning (6am-3pm), mid shift (2pm-11pm) and night shift (9pm-6am), rotation is every 6 months
