Senior Internal Audit

We are currently in need of Senior Internal Auditor ensuring our company's financial operations and controls are accurate and fully compatible with standards and regulations of the company. The Internal Auditor shall focus on the operations and process review, compliance check, and fraud investigations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and execute different Audit projects covering non stores (WH and HO) including other business disciplines.
• Conduct in dept Audits to ensure compliance within the company processes and regulations.
• Ensuring standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in audits and other financial reports.
• Ensures delivery of assigned audit objectives in a timely manner, quality and value- adding results.
• Submitting and report audits findings in a timely manner for further analysis by management and assist in finding its resolution.
• Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss findings and audit outcomes.
• Help in the delivery of cross-functional projects and other work-related assignments from time to time.
• Identify areas that require improvement in the company's business processes, define possible recommendations, and present to stakeholders.
• Remaining up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance and or Internal Audit;
• Must have CPA, CIA and/or other related certifications is an advantage but not required;
• Minimum of 5 years of audit work experience;
• Experience in Retail or Trading company is an advantage;
• Experienced various types of audits such as Financial Audit, Store Audit, Inventory Audit, Operations Review, Process Review and Development, Compliance Check, Fraud Investigations;
• Well-verse in audit project management from Risk Assessment, Audit Planning, Execution and Reporting;
• Amenable to extend work hours;
• Amenable to go on field nationwide;
• Amenable to report on site (Marikina).
