Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Takes part in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Integrated Quality System documentation as assigned by PM HO.
• Prepares the Annual Internal Audit Programme of GTS.
• Takes part in the Head Office Management Review Meeting preparations as assigned by PM HO.
• Takes part in the Head Office Impartiality Committee Meeting preparations as assigned by PM HO.
• Performs internal audits of GTS global offices as assigned by PM HO and monitors the closure of findings raised.
• Assists the global offices with their preparations for external audits as well as closing of their findings.
• Management of CAP Approved Laboratories.

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably with an Engineering degree in any discipline or any Science-related courses.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in Quality Systems documentation and implementation.
• Has at least 3 year’s of experience in Internal Auditing. Experience in handling ISO certifications/accreditations and handling external audits is a plus.
• Has Supervisory or Team Leader experience.
• Has very good knowledge of ISO Quality Management System standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. Knowledge and experience on ISO 37001, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025 and other Management System standards is a plus

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Advance knowledge in MS Office applications and other computer applications is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills in both written and oral.

Others:

• Willing to work on-site at Ortigas
• Willing to work in shifts as needed by the work assignments.
• Has valid Philippines Passport and willing to travel overseas for audits.
