Senior IT Analyst | Dayshift | WFH (Contractual)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to support the separation of shared IT SaaS services between two affiliated businesses. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, secure, and timely transition of IT systems and services. The analyst will bolster our existing IT teams’ capacity to plan and execute the technical implementation of new, independent systems.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis, Planning and Documentation

● Conduct deep dive assessments of each IT system and develop a migration plan, including timelines, risk mitigations and migration processes.

● Document system configurations, changes and transition procedures to ensure a smooth transition.

Execution & Implementation

● Configure new IT services (e.g. Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc)

● Perform data migrations and account provisioning

● Coordinate and execute cut-over activities with minimal disruption to users.

Stakeholder Engagement

● Work closely with business unit leads and technical teams to ensure alignment and readiness

● Provide regular updates on progress, risks and issues to the project team and Head of Technology

● Support user training and change management activities where needed

Operational Readiness

● Ensure systems are secure and compliant.

● Document new environment configurations and update operations procedures.

● Ensure work is handed over adequately to IT team for ongoing support.

Skills & Experience

Essential

● Demonstrated experience in IT systems analysis / administrator, planning, and implementation

● Strong understanding of IT SaaS services

● Proven ability to deliver IT projects, particularly around the provisioning of new services.

● Excellent documentation and communication skills

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and solve technical problems.

Desirable

● Hands on experience administering Google Workspace, Atlassian products, HubSpot

● Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g. ISO27001)
