• Analyze and resolve issues creatively, generate test data, and perform thorough unit testing to ensure quality.
• Work closely with architects and internal teams to resolve technical challenges, provide escalation support, and meet service-level expectations.
• Deliver targets independently with minimal supervision, staying responsible and focused on achieving results.
• Implement solutions based on approved specifications, write and update technical documents, and adhere to project timelines.
• Develop and review code, create and execute design plans, maintain testing systems, and stay current with emerging tech trends.
• Contribute to the architecture of Java-based applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer with expertise in architecture-level design/development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with database manipulation, including queries and data management.
• Familiarity with document generation libraries and other Java-related frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HR systems (HCM and/or SuccessFactors) is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts is advantageous.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and AJAX.
• Knowledge of the OData Protocol for data integration.
