Senior Logistics & Customer Service Officer

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Interaction with customer and managed daily operational with customer
• Manage own local delivery services to customers
• Monitoring and preparing documentation for importation
• Monitoring and preparing documents required for local selling
• Interact with external & internal company related with daily operational
• Provide report weekly or monthly basis required by management
• Follow all company procedures and policies
• Coordinate the movement of goods, including arranging transportation, insurance, and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Prepare and submit all required import/export documentation, such as bills of lading and customs declarations
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
• Track the status of shipments and proactively address any delays or issues that arise
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export transactions.

Experienced:

• Minimum 2-3 year experience in supply chain or sales administration .
• Have experienced on import or export process is preferred
• Working experienced with multinational company is preferred
• Having experience in handling commodities product and other food ingredients is an advantages

Qualification:

• Max 30 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor degree
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written & spoken in English
• Ability to manage multiple task simultaneous with ease
• Computer literacy especially in MS Office & Excel
