We are hiring: Senior Manager – Corporate Finance

A leading organization in the Philippines is looking for a finance professional with strong FP&A expertise to strengthen its corporate finance leadership team. This role will directly contribute to financial strategy, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within FP&A

• Develop and manage financial models to support investments and strategy

• Provide insights on profitability, risks, and financial performance

• Prepare and present reports and recommendations for senior management

• Support contract reviews, pricing, and commercial evaluations

• Mentor and guide finance team members to elevate capabilities

Qualifications
✔️ At least 8 years of corporate finance/FP&A experience
✔️ Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (CPA preferred)
✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔️ Experience partnering with cross-functional and executive teams

💰 Compensation will be discussed during the initial interview, with a guaranteed 14th month pay.
