Job Description - Senior Manager - Human Resources (APAC program Lead)

Unspecified Overview:

Proactively lead, manage, and successfully implement complex cross-functional people projects across the APAC region within specific timeframes, stakeholder, and budget management. Co-create, support, and coordinate with the HR Executive with all regional activities. Develop and implement a diverse range of initiatives to mature the HR model within each country in the region. Design and create a variety of high-profile presentations that articulate the business case, track progress, and flag potential risks for the HR Executive and the broader HRLT.

Senior Manager - Human Resources (APAC Program Lead)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Program lead to the Regional HR Executive.
  2. Support and manage the Regional program strategy and activities in accordance with agreed timelines, highlight and mitigate any risks to delivery.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, including Directors, Senior Managers, HR Leads, and Employee Communities across the region across RTX companies.
  4. Support periodic regional council meetings with key stakeholders in region and globally.
  5. Assist/lead periodic project reviews to ensure risks are identified and mitigated and the project is on track in accordance with timescales/budget.

Required Experience:

Ability to work autonomously. Ability to influence at all levels across the region. Ability to assist with collating and analyzing metrics to help drive the appropriate actions. Proficient at prioritizing/managing multiple priorities in an efficient and effective manner based on the degree of importance and urgency. Ability to create impactful and concise presentations for Senior Leadership.

Remote position but with travel expectations up to approx. 25%.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent significant experience.
