Learning and Leadership Development Senior Manager
Location: Mandaluyong City
At the Senior Manager level, you will lead a large-scale capability area, team and/or work effort, partner with senior level business leaders to advise and facilitate learning investment decision-making, and define approaches to critical learning programs. Your decisions have a lasting impact on your area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
Basic qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering, and solutioning), client relationship management experience, and global team management
• Excellent communication skills • Critical thinking and solutioning
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions, problem-solving experience, influencing others, and financial planning and budgeting experience
Professional Skill Requirements:
• Deep learning and domain expertise
• Strong executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, including strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data/analytics skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships
• Proven ability to Influence, navigate and collaborate with senior business sponsors
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Deep expertise in Learning Strategy and Planning
• Demonstrated success in managing deployment of client services globally, across multiple functional areas
• Thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations
• Think strategically and demonstrate ability to drive change
