Job Description - Senior Manager Marketing Operations

Role: Senior Manager, Marketing OperationsWork setup:Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)Work location: Ortigas, PasigJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic, fast-growing, B2B marketing-as-a-service organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of maintaining, optimizing, and integrating B2B marketing tech (MarTech) stacks, including Hubspot and 6sense. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data and analytics, and be particularly adept at measuring and improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, with an emphasis on Lead to Revenue management. Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic and operational initiatives to drive and scale MarTech and MOps solutions for a hyper growth company.Plan and oversee scalable Lead-to-Opportunity processes, transforming how the marketing team captures, scores, qualifies, converts, and prioritizes leads.Maintain and optimize the functionality and performance of the company’s MarTech stack.Identify sources of lead leakage and build a roadmap to improve the conversion rate of marketing leads. Actively analyze, report, and optimize the health of marketing contributions to pipeline and related metrics, continuously providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.Analyze and review marketing data to identify opportunities and challenges for strategic decision-making. Orchestrate data pipeline to allow cross-channel analysis and provide a holistic view of customer interactions and marketing impact.Create and maintain executive-level marketing performance dashboards, reports, and visualization tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign and Creative to create and manage quarterly plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in marketing operations.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience within a marketing organization. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing operations and technology initiatives within a large organization.Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.Managerial experience is a plus.
