Leads the business planning sessions from customer insighting to execution planning.

Integrates strategies across departments and works with the heads to develop the overall NewBiz Group plans and budget.

Aligns departmental goals, processes and resources with the group strategy.

Ensures alignment of the NewBiz Group strategy with the overall MYNT strategy and other groups.
