About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, copy-led marketing leader to elevate the quality, sophistication, and performance of our content and campaigns — across digital, live events, and everything in between.
You'll work closely with sales, coach an in-house and offshore creative team, and take our ideas from bland to brilliant. If you're fluent in B2B, understand professional audiences (like accountants), and know how to lead a team while staying deeply involved in execution — we want you.
This role is based in the Philippines, working remotely with flexible hours and a collaborative team.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the strategy and quality of marketing campaigns: email, LinkedIn, webinars, landing pages, direct mail, and more
Plan and support smart, creative in-person and virtual events (e.g. post-conference networking sessions, speaker support, private roundtables)
Coach the team to develop better copy, faster — and implement AI tools to scale excellence
Integrate tightly with sales: plan campaigns, measure results, and co-own the sales pipeline
Review and refine campaign performance reports (we don’t do vanity metrics — just revenue and leads)
Build and maintain prompt libraries and repeatable frameworks for rapid campaign execution

Have exceptional written English and a background in copywriting, content marketing, or comms
Are a strong campaign thinker who can orchestrate across all channels — digital + physical
Are excited about using AI to scale high-quality content
Have worked in a B2B role (bonus: accounting, professional services, outsourcing)
Have 7+ years experience, with 2+ in a leadership or team-coaching role
Live in the Philippines and are comfortable working remotely with autonomy
