Senior Marketing Executive (Affiliate) - India Region

The Senior Marketing Executive (Affiliate) is tasked with business development and optimizing the affiliate network for our client. Key responsibilities involve leveraging traditional and new marketing channels, as well as sales-related activities.This position requires a strong interest in affiliate marketing, social media, and sports marketing, along with proficient logical and reasoning skills.RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identifies new external business partners (affiliates), and develops and maintains close working relationships with them.• Formulates strategies and tactics to maximize the affiliate network using internal and external media channels, including online, offline, and social media.• Collaborates with other functional teams, such as Marketing, to manage customer inquiries, and marketing campaigns, and projects aimed at customer acquisition and retention.• Plans, organizes, and oversees affiliate activities in the assigned market to meet KPI targets.• Conducts market research and competitor analysis to provide marketing insights on customer perspectives, acquisition funnels, market trends, changing customer demands, and progress reports on campaign and communication channel effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.• Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.• Should possess knowledge in digital marketing and SEO.• Must have strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and complete tasks within budget and deadlines.• Requires a keen eye for detail in producing marketing materials, a natural flair for creative thinking, and strong analytical skills.• Essential proficiency in all MS Office packages, particularly Excel.• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the i-Gaming industry, preferably in a sales marketing role.Notes:• Indian citizens are welcome to apply.• The client organization offers competitive salary and employee benefits.
