• Work in tandem with the Campaign Manager to deliver effective campaigns.
• Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate the scheduling of onsite marketing assets to ensure optimal exposure for all deals secured by the Business Development team.
• Manage and maintain marketing assets across ShopBack’s ecosystem, including the app, website, and browser extension.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to prepare campaign visuals and promotional materials.
• Assist in the execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
• Troubleshoot and proactively resolve operational issues in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
• Continuously optimise platform assets by monitoring performance metrics and user engagement.

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the e-commerce or fintech industry.
• Proficient in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Proactive and takes initiative in resolving issues swiftly and independently.
• Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Possesses a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Open to working on shift schedules.
