Profile Requirements:

• Min 4 Years in similar settlement role


• Strong Customer Service background


• Understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgment processes


• Experience meeting strict SLA and settlement deadlines


• Knowledge of PEXA platform

Core responsibilities:

• Settlement pipeline management and associated follow up


• Preparation of Loan Offer and Mortgage Documentation


• Ensure outstanding supporting documentation is received before settlement


• Liaising with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process


• Booking and arranging settlements either electronically or as otherwise required in each state


• Build and maintain relationships with settlement agents to facilitate physical settlements


• Preparation of settlement figures and daily funding requirements


• Pre-settlement calls with customers


• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all parties involved


• Cross-train in all settlement functions
