DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring and support of TGI data centers, including disaster recovery sites and affiliate sites
• Perform installation, configuration, deployment and testing of infrastructure and data center equipment, including but not limited to network, compute, storage, security, telephony, cabling and surveillance systems
• Respond to incidents and service requests, aligned with defined support processes and service level agreements
• Remote and on-site support, as needed to assist assigned tasks related to infrastructure projects and operations
• Maintain records and ensure documents are updated regularly
• Provide regular activity reports to leads and as directed by management
• Attend to assigned and on-demand per shift tasks, providing a CIT presence to the organization
• Ensure tasks and activities are aligned with TGI Quality Management Systems (QMS – ISO 9001) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS – ISO 27001), and related standards to be implemented
• Participate in BCP/DR disaster recovery testing
• Participate in internal and external audits
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science with focus on network or equivalent
B. Minimum Experience/Training
• With at least three (3) years of solid experience in network infrastructure and datacenter management
• Network certification (CCNA and equivalent) or experience in a data center environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with the following:
o IT fundamentals
o Network routing and switching
o Wireless technology such as access points and WLC
o SAN Switches
o Firewall (preferably FortiGate)
o Web Application Firewall (WAF)
o SDWAN
o Domain Name Systems (DNS)
o Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
o Virtual Private Network (IPSEC VPN)
o Radius Services (Cisco ISE)
o Network Access Control (Forescout)
o Datacenter standards and best practices
o ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
o ISO 9001 Quality Management System
o ITIL

• Takes responsibility for timely completion of work
• Passion to acquire and update skills and the ability to learn new tools and techniques quickly
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Can handle multiple assignments/projects
• Must be willing to work on-call and on extended hours
• Maybe assigned shifting schedule
• Must be willing to go from one site to another
