As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and projects within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will support leaders by managing key responsibilities, representing their perspectives in meetings, and anticipating their future needs. This role involves organizing leadership team calls and meetings, overseeing research and data analysis, and promoting consistent execution across sectors. You will collaborate across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. Your commitment to excellence contributes to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with stakeholders. You will direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives and managing operational projects to support organizational goals
- Coordinating and organizing leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate decision-making
- Overseeing research and data analysis to provide insights for strategic planning
- Promoting consistent execution across sectors by collaborating with various lines of service
- Handling confidential information and representing leadership perspectives in meetings
- Anticipating future needs of leaders and proactively addressing them
- Implementing change management strategies to enhance operational execution
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support service excellence
- Utilizing project management skills to track, manage, and report on project progress
- Encouraging knowledge sharing and promoting the use of technology and tools for improved sales and delivery
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Analytics
- Demonstrating advanced skills in change management and operational execution
- Utilizing project management techniques to drive strategic initiatives
