Your Role as a Senior Payroll Specialist

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you'll be supporting one of our awesome clients by managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AU payroll standards, and handling related reporting and reconciliations. You’ll be the go-to for payroll-related inquiries and make sure everything—from timesheets to leave calculations—is spot on.

What you'll be doing:

• Complete end-to-end payroll processing, including superannuation and other payroll admin tasks 

• Liaise with their clients 

• Ensure all payroll processes are efficient and compliant. They’re always looking for ways to improve! 

• Become an expert in the payroll system, be an employment Hero! 

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably with AU clients
• Solid understanding of AU payroll legislation and Fair Work rules
• Proficient in payroll software, preferably Keypay/Employment Hero 
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication skills—you can handle payroll queries with ease
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
