Your Role: The heart of our workforce

As our Senior People & Culture (HR) Generalist, you will be the co-pilot to our People & Culture Manager, playing a pivotal role in nurturing our culture and empowering our team to reach their fullest potential. In this key position, you will be instrumental in building meaningful connections within our team and driving HR initiatives that resonate with our core values. Your expertise in global HR best practices will help us maintain our status as a high-trust and inclusive workplace.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will collaborate closely with the P&C Manager to develop and implement HR strategies based on global HR best practices.
• You will be a champion of our culture, and foster an environment of growth, empathy, and innovation.
• You will manage key HR functions such as compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, employee learning, and performance management.
• You will act as a trusted advisor and mentor within our team, promoting professional and personal development.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Solid experience in Human Resources, ideally in a senior role within a tech-focused environment – 5-8 years experience
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic workplace.
• A passion for HR and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Deep understanding of global HR practices and their application in the local context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and inspire.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with our P&C Manager and leadership team.
