Senior Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the whole production team and assure all production requirements are delivered
  

• Manage the in-house talents and coordinate with gaming operations team
  

• Liaise third party suppliers and external teams for the needs and requirements of production
  

• Create schedule and manpower allocation for different shows, events and other projects of the production team
  

• Provide reports and updates as needed
  

• Monitor the team's budget, expenses and members' performances
  

• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain smooth streaming and content
  

• Provide and execute concepts for various content
  

• Must possess strong knowledge of various aspects of production and streaming
  

• Provide solutions and trouble shoot problems encountered by the production team
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ experience in entertainment production, media, live event production, live streaming or related
  

• Strong knowledge of various aspects of production and streaming
  

• Good leader and a team player, collaborative
