Senior Product Manager - Apps

The Product Manager will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - by delivering tangible value through product innovation and achieving product excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the ideation, development, and continuous evolution of Angkas’ app features that deepen user engagement and drive high-frequency usage across all touchpoints.
• Own the user experience for a high-scale platform, powering millions of transactions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of operationally critical features that interface with complex business logic, real-time systems, and backend integrations. All while maintaining seamless UX and performance.
• Partner with the Apps squad to conceptualize and launch novel mobile features. Building foundational “product blocks” that enable modular, scalable user experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and design to translate business needs into mobile-first product strategies that deliver measurable impact on GMV and user retention.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5+ years of a combined product management experience in a technology-driven company, preferably in the transportation or mobility sector with: 
• Proven track record of launching successful products/features, from concept to delivery
• Background working with tech startups or in hyper-growth and scaling environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics tools, and running product experiments
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and backend systems

Specialized skills:

1. Proficiency in data analysis and ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions
2. Capable of influencing stakeholders, working closely with them along with other members of the tech team to analyze tradeoffs and determine acceptable and best possible solutions
3. Skilled at transforming ambiguous business requests into clear, structured, and scalable product requirements - enabling engineering teams to frontload complexity and build with confidence
