JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a skilled and self-motivated IT Program Developer to take a lead role in the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of our proprietary valuation platform, Asset Valuer Pro (AVP). This platform is central to our service delivery and client experience, so we are looking for
someone who is both technically proficient and passionate about building practical, scalable software solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development & Maintenance

• Lead the end-to-end development and support of the Asset Valuer Pro platform
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full stack.
• Implement feature enhancements, user interface improvements, and backend optimisation
• Perform bug fixes and ongoing system troubleshooting
• Maintain code repositories and manage version contro

Technical Oversight & Collaboration

• Collaborate with management, valuers, and users to gather technical and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust software solutions.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security are upheld.
• Provide technical guidance and input into broader digital initiatives

Testing, QA & Documentation

• Conduct thorough testing of new features and upgrades.
  
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, and user manuals as needed.
• Ensure consistent backup protocols and system redundancy procedures are in place.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in full-stack software development (.NET and JavaScript a must).
• Experience working with custom-built enterprise applications or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, database design, and system integration.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property valuation, asset management, or infrastructure sectors (highly regarded but not essential).
• Relevant degree or certifications in software development, computer science, or related fields.
