Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead strategic transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational productivity.

In this role, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects while managing and mentoring a team of 5–7 Project Leads. You will play a critical role in driving execution excellence, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in business operations, project management, and process improvement, who can bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution to drive meaningful change across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities and resources effectively

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive efficiency and execution speed
• Facilitate weekly alignment meetings to track progress and remove blockers
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership (ManCom), highlighting risks, dependencies, and required actions

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Project Leads
• Drive adoption of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Risk & Performance Management

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Implement mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution
• Establish and maintain project documentation and reporting standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, project management, and process improvement
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and leading teams

Tools & Certifications

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are an advantage but not required
