Senior Project Manager - Philippines Banking Partnerships

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and support strategic partnerships with banking clients in the Philippines. This role is critical in managing complex implementations, maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives in the POS payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project lead for bank partners in the Philippines, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end project management for client implementations and internal initiatives, from planning to execution and post-go-live support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and architecture diagrams.
• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to influence solution design and roadmap planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through strategic initiatives and feedback loops.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues and escalations post-implementation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with experience in the payments industry.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex client environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and technical solution delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel regionally as needed.
