Senior QS/Estimator - Stone/Marble Works

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in stone and marble works to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects related to stone/marble/granite, and be highly proficient in Planswift, Quantity Take and BOQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quantity surveying tasks for stone and marble projects.
• Prepare and analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.
• Utilize Planswift or Bluebeam for efficient project measurement and cost management.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Handle tendering processes and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent years of work experience.
• Proven 10 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in stone and marble works.
• Expertise in Planswift, Quantity take-off and BOQ.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to start immediately.
