Ready to lead quality, compliance, and audit from the ground up?
Weâre looking for a Senior Quality & Compliance Auditor who can design, own, and lead our internal audit function end\-to\-end. This role is critical in preparing Staff Domain for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification within the year, while maintaining and strengthening our existing ISO 27001 compliance.
This is not a box\-ticking role. Youâll independently assess readiness across departments, identify gaps early, and ensure the organisation is audit\-ready ahead of certification, surveillance, and recertification audits. Youâll work closely with senior leaders while maintaining strong independence and audit integrity.
If youâre confident challenging stakeholders, thrive in build\-and\-scale environments, and know how to translate ISO requirements into real operational insight, this role is for you.
What Youâll Do
Youâll be the kind of person who:
- Design, implement, and maintain Staff Domainâs internal audit program from scratch, aligned with ISO 19011
- Lead internal audits to assess readiness for:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
- Conduct internal audits to support ongoing ISO 27001 surveillance and recertification
- Apply risk\-based auditing to prioritise high\-impact and high\-risk areas
- Identify certification\-critical gaps, risks, and nonconformities early enough to allow remediation before external audits
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across all relevant departments
- Collect, validate, and evaluate objective evidence against ISO requirements
- Clearly document conformities, nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement
- Produce clear, structured audit reports that translate findings into practical, business\-relevant actions
- Own or coordinate corrective actions arising directly from audit findings, including:
- Root cause analysis
- Corrective and preventive action definition
- Effectiveness validation prior to external audits
- Track corrective actions through to closure with verifiable evidence and escalate unresolved or systemic risks
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certification audits and ISO 27001 surveillance/recertification audits
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external certification bodies
- Review policies, SOPs, and procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and real operational practice
- Support the development and integration of an Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Partner with Global Heads and department leaders to communicate audit outcomes, risks, and readiness status
- Contribute to management reviews, governance reporting, and leadership briefings related to ISO compliance
