Senior Quality Manager (Healthcare)

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for organizations in their search for a Senior Quality Manager based in Cebu City.

Salary Range: Up to ₱140,000

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Cebu City

The role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for our client. This role is responsible for driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards, leading high-performing quality teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Managers and Quality Analysts to achieve quality and business objectives.


• Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance with client requirements, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.


• Analyze quality metrics and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.


• Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports using advanced Microsoft Excel to support business decisions.


• Partner with Operations, Training, and clients to drive process improvements and maintain quality alignment.


• Lead calibration sessions, business reviews, and quality governance meetings with internal and client stakeholders.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality management best practices.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management within a BPO environment, with a strong background supporting US Healthcare accounts.


• Proven experience in quality auditing, people management, stakeholder management, and performance improvement.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Experience creating and maintaining quality dashboards from scratch.


• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.


• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a night shift schedule.
