Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing high-quality candidates to coordinating interviews and leading evaluations.   🔍 Candidate Sourcing:
  
  Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelines

  📅 Interview Coordination:
  
  Manage scheduling for phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite meetings—balancing calendars and ensuring a smooth candidate experience

  
  


• 
  

  🧠 Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
  
  Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring teams

  
  


• 
  

  🤝 Stakeholder Partnership:
  
  Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Provide consultative support and market insights

  
  


• 
  

  📝 ATS Management:
  
  Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  
  


• 
  

  🌟 Candidate Experience:
  
  Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process

• 
  

  4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment

  
  


• 
  

  Proven success in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Product Designers

  
  


• 
  

  Experience coordinating interviews across multiple teams and time zones

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable)

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable juggling multiple open roles and deadlines at once

  Background in both agency and in-house recruiting
