Senior Recruitment Partner

Ortigas, Manila (onsite)

Full-time | Client-facing | End-to-end Ownership

Now it’s time for the next level, where you’re not just filling jobs. You’re managing accounts, owning delivery, and calling the shots. This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to “support.” This is for the recruiter who wants to lead your own desk and do the best work of your life.

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll work in a high-performance team serving offshore clients across Australia, the US, and the UK. You’ll be the face of recruitment, guiding hiring managers, owning the brief, driving candidate experience, and getting hires over the line. No micromanagement, no fluff. Only impact.

What you’ll do on the daily:

Own the client relationship end to end, from job calibration meeting to offer acceptance.

Partner with our in-house headhunting team but bring your own sourcing strategies too.

Interview and assess like a pro, not just fill a role, but match culture and potential.

Professionally pre-close on both sides, handle offers, and keep control of your pipeline.

Mentor junior recruiters and help lift the bar across the team.

Keep your data clean and your comms sharp (we use Zoho).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in recruitment (agency, in-house, RPO, if you’ve done it, we’re listening).

Proven client-facing gravitas, you know how to push back with class.

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement game.

You’re process-driven but not afraid to break the mold to get results.

You get that candidate experience matters as much as speed
