As a Senior Renewals Analyst , your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to Nasdaq eVestment clients, focusing on annual renewals and billing procedures. You'll be instrumental in upholding excellent client relations, promptly and accurately addressing inbound inquiries within the framework of consumer laws. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives across the organization aimed at enhancing the client experience through streamlined account administration and innovative renewal processes. As a Senior Renewals Analyst, you will:

• Take full ownership and responsibility for managing the renewal of your assigned accounts, actively engaging in renewal discussions, and presenting pricing options through detailed proposals.
• Ensure that all client queries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Become a crucial part of the Global Renewals department, tasked with safeguarding, renewing, and optimizing the company's recurring revenue while contributing to enhancing customer experience during the renewal process.
• Perform customer support of account administration, renewal billing inquiries & service requests.
• Monitor a Nasdaq client service case queue to provide prompt client responses.
• Administer and maintain client data systems and security of operating systems.
• Create and track renewal opportunities/tasks.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure renewals are processed timely and accurately.
• Process info security, DDQ, and RFP/RFI requests
• Complete renewal data requests such as user and/or user lists

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
• Previous experience in Salesforce for case management
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Good understanding of financial services
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Amenable to working night shift (US Eastern Time) schedule and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
