Support the perfumery business and organization by coordinating commercial activities related to account/customer and project management to grow the perfumery business related to both brief to adoption and order to payment processes. Commercial Coordination (Order to Payment) Coordinate forecast with both account manager and customer; sends forecast to CX Prepare customer order plan based on forecast and push for purchase order from customer with the support of account manager Enter and update price files, including CMIR through list price management (LPM) Ensure efficient order management and account receivables by monitoring customer orders and ensuring smooth information flow with customers, commercial, customer experience (CX), quality, logistics, and account receivable teams Visit client as necessary to support building strong relationships, especially with purchasing and planners of customers to drive forecast and secure purchase orders. Arrange logistics requirements needed for commercial activities such as but not limited to transportation, hotels, meals, presentation materials Confirm and check CEPOK data to CX Support account receivable management by following up payment from customers Manage credit limit requests Manages SRM and purchase order to our vendors, including vendor coordination Manages contract creation and related information in ContractUS Prepares weekly sales report Ensure smooth and strong project coordination across all departments by working closely with Sales, FDM's, technical, sampling, marketing, application labs, perfumery, customer service, and customers Support commercial team by updating projects in Atlas when Account Managers are away Manage discontinuation and replacement of fragrance codes in SAP Ensure that necessary safety and technical documentation, presentations, and any other client documentation meets the brief requirements, and is submitted on time Assist in purchasing market samples required for marketing and consumer insight purposes Perform function as P&B Philippines Safety Officer point person Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
