Job Description - Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Description

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieves strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any Business-related course or any degree
  • 6-8 years' experience in related field
  • Willing to be trained to work on all stages of a sales process and how to translate business requirements into business solutions
  • Above average communication skills (both oral and written presentation and business reports
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
  • Can confidently interact with various organization levels
  • Willing to operate under minimal supervision
  • Very good interpersonal skills and people skills
  • Experience in selling IT products and services
  • Able and willing to travel from one area to another
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
  • Experience in selling Avaya, Cisco, Fortinet and Aruba is a PLUS.
